Events

Triple Canopy regularly organizes events, most of which are included in issues of the magazine (along with documentation). They take the form of public conversations, performances, exhibitions, readings, screenings, lectures, and so on. Events typically happen at Triple Canopy’s office and venue in Manhattan, but also are hosted—and result from collaborations with—museums, bookshops, libraries, schools, and cinemas. They enable the magazine to workshop projects, solicit the opinions of friends and strangers, and realize ideas that won’t work on screens. And they enrich the relationships between editors, contributors, and readers by establishing the kind of intimacy that cannot (yet) be replicated online.
