A gallery talk with Stuart Comer With Stuart Comer 2:00 p.m. Whitney Museum of American Art Free with museum admission

Stuart Comer, a cocurator of the 2014 Whitney Biennial, has worked with Triple Canopy throughout the development of Pointing Machines, the magazine’s contribution to the Biennial. He speaks both about how publication figures in the exhibition and his own interest in “work whose hybridity is marked not only by the incorporation of multiple forms and media but processes in which these forms translate and morph into one another,” as he writes in “Shape-shifting,” his introductory essay in the Biennial exhibition catalogue.
